Any cancellation received (by email only) within 3 days prior to Arrival/Check-in date will incur the first night charge. Guests who do not check-in on the arrival date, hotel will treat it as ‘No Show’ and incur First Night Room Charges. (For a period of MCO – Covid-19 is allow to cancel without charge)

Example :

Arrival/Check-in date: 14.08.15, the latest cancellation time and date: Guests to email hotel by 11.59pm, 10.08.15​

Should the cancellation be made at or after 12am, 11.08.15 (by email), Smile Hotel has the right to levy the First Night Room Charges.​

Booking can be swapped to other dates, subject to room availability. ​
