Any cancellation received (by email only) within 3 days prior to Arrival/Check-in date will incur the first night charge. Guests who do not check-in on the arrival date, hotel will treat it as ‘No Show’ and incur First Night Room Charges. (For a period of MCO – Covid-19 is allow to cancel without charge)
Example :
Arrival/Check-in date: 14.08.15, the latest cancellation time and date: Guests to email hotel by 11.59pm, 10.08.15
Should the cancellation be made at or after 12am, 11.08.15 (by email), Smile Hotel has the right to levy the First Night Room Charges.
Note:
Booking can be swapped to other dates, subject to room availability.
